Description of role:
Our growing retail Company is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time delivery technician that is familiar with the roadways. This route will help with pill tray routes that come out of Batesville, helping with Nursing Home/ Hospital discharges and other misc. tasks as they come up daily, and occasional help to fill in for driver's that are out. We are looking for a responsible delivery driver to delivery meds and DME equipment promptly to our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while representing our company in a professional manner. I deal candidate would live in Franklin, Dearborn, Ripley or Decatur County.
Tasks:
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Collect payments
- Complete logs and reports
- Sell other products and services
Skill and requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Respectable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technical knowledge of durable medical equipment and/or respiratory products is preferred as you could also help with DME deliveries when needed.
