George’s Pharmacy & Medical Equipment has an immediate opening for a Respiratory Team Lead.
This position is looked to be filled by someone who has a previous history or interested in a leadership role.
General Description: Oversees the Respiratory day to day Orders and customer service functions associated with the sale, rental, and delivery of home care products. Primarily dispenses and completes follow up on Respiratory Equipment such as: Apnea Monitors, Ventilators, Bi-Paps, C-Paps, Oxygen, etc. Assists in the promotion of HME services and products.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience in HME or Home Health industry preferred.
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of Respiratory Therapy and related HME equipment. Other requirements include working with Brightree software, prior authorizations, medical billing, insurance verification, claims follow up and resolution.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Sitting, standing, walking at desk, in office throughout facility and in and out of patient’s homes
2. Drive and operate automobile.
3. Operation of office machinery and HME equipment.
4. Occasionally lift/move items up to 40 pounds.
5. Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision.
Position will be a Salary Exempt position, with operating hours Mon-Fri 8-6 and Sat 9-2. Salary will be based on experience.
