Position Overview and Responsibilities

We are a rapidly growing company with an immediate opening for a Warehouse
Assist Manager at our Shadeland location. We are seeking candidates with proven leadership experience as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all customer contact calls to coordinate the scheduling related to the day-to-day delivery operations, customer fulfillment, Delivery. Tasks may include, but not be limited to, receiving, inventory, set-up, and maintenance of Home Medical Equipment (HME). Occasional on-call may be required.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent experience in the HME industry.
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record
  • 1+years warehouse/logistics exp.
  • 1+years exp. leading a team 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+years exp. with durable medical equipment
  • Experience assembling equipment
  • Customer Service

Skills and Competencies

  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling patient information
  • Work both autonomously and be a team player as required
  • Self-starter, organized, multi-tasker, detail-oriented
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Time management, problem-solving ability
  • Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Sitting, standing, walking at desk, in office
  • Operation of office machinery and computer
  • Occasionally lift/move items up to 120 pounds
  • Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
