With 10 locations throughout Indiana, we offer a one-stop-shop with that hometown feel committed to providing convenient access to prescription medications, home medical equipment, home modification solutions and more. We also partner with long-term care facilities. 

We are rapidly growing and have an immediate opening for a DME Manager. We are seeking candidates with proven leadership experience as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all tasks and communication related to the intake of patient information and the service of durable medical equipment with patients/clients, co-workers, referral sources in association with patient services and third-party reimbursement. Tasks may include, but not be limited to, communicating with insurance companies for insurance verification, claim follow-up and resolution, creating/maintaining patient files, data entry, reviewing diagnosis coding and obtaining and posting payments. You will also have responsibilities for hiring, coaching, and developing staff.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record
  • 3+years exp. with durable medical equipment, insurance review and prior authorizations
  • 3+years exp. leading a team (hiring, coaching, developing)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Brightree software exp.

  • Time management, problem-solving ability
  • Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)

Hours of operations for DME are M-F 8am-4:30pm; Saturdays as needed 9-2pm.
