Description of role:
Our growing retail Company is seeking a Delivery Driver/Service Technician that lives in Batesville vicinity and is familiar with the roadways. We are looking for a responsible driver to deliver Lift Chairs and other Durable medical Equipment. Setting up durable medical equipment promptly to our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while representing our company in a professional manner.
Tasks:
- Delivering Lift Chairs
- Delivering and setting up durable medical equipment in the patient's residence
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Collect payments
- Complete logs and reports
- Sell other products and services
Skill and requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 120 lbs.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technical knowledge of durable medical equipment is preferred
